I've been going to Danny for about 5 years now for both of our vehicles. He is efficient and thorough and does great work. He also doesn't repair unnecessarily and gives great advise. I feel like I can trust him. What more could you want in a mechanic? Thank you to you and your guys.
I have been doing business for over 50 years and their prices are fair and they will go the extra mile to get the work done timely and correctly. The manager is a master mechanic and his workers are great. I would recommend them to anyone. They have made parts to get my vehicle running. Try to get that kind of service anywhere else.
Danny and his crew at Sonny's are the best mechanics I have dealt with since moving to BR 5 years ago. When I say best I mean honest, fair, and ethical. There have been numerous times that I have had a vehicle in another shop - for tire work, as an example, and the shop has tried to sell me a brake job or new front end parts. When I take the same car to Sonny's, Danny has given me the straight scoop, "You probably have 20,000 more miles on those brakes." This is very typical. When I have taken a car in for "funny noises" he has given me options up front and put a reliable price tag on them. Sonny's is the only shop we use for our vehicle routine care or repairs. I echo another review - "prudent" is a good by-word for these guys. Danny does an excellent job of explaining what needs to be done, and offers me options for short and long-term considerations. He keeps me informed during the repair process when decisions need to be made. To put it another way, I'd be confident with sending anyone to Sonny's, because I know they will be in the best of hands. Call in advance- they are often very busy - for a good reason.
My dad happens to be friends with Danny at Sonny's. I'd been having some serious car trouble over the last month or so and he recommended that I give them a try. I must say, this was probably the most affordable and reliable service I've had on my vehicle yet and I'm not saying this because I know the guy at all. I soundly believe that Danny only hires genuinely honest and ethical technicians and I would recommend Sonny's to anybody.
