Purchased a queen bed yesterday at 2:30 for $900 November 25, 2017 after talking to my wife we decided to get something cheaper I called the store an hour later and spoke to Ty Bailey who was my salesperson and asked to cancel the order she said that all sales were final and that even if I cancelled the order $200 will not be returned to me. I asked to speak to a manager and she said that no manager is in and won't be in until Monday after asking what was the managers name she did not give me his name and had an unprofessional sarcastic tone which was not the way she acted when I was purchasing the furniture. I am a business owner and when you get good customer service you tend to spend your money where you feel comfortable and you now that the business is trustworthy, anyone planning on buying furniture please spend your hard earned money somewhere else
Hello: I gave ** $1,000.00 “2” months ago. I can’t get her to return my calls nor do anyone answer the phones. I don’t have a product to show for the money given to Furniture City. I have witness how they do not answer the phone after looking at the caller I.D. Because they don’t want to address certain clients. If I don’t get a response from Sam, I’m notifying BBB.
