Ordered our pizza 45 mins ahead of time. We were told it would be ready in 20 mins. It was a 45 minute wait once we got there and they made our pizza wrong after all of that
I have called this location 3 times!!! The first time a guy answered and when I gave the address, he told me that address was out of range when in fact this particular location is the very store my son and his friends always order from! Then he hung up on me. I called back and waited nearly 25 mins for someone to bother answering the phone. When I called the 3rd time, I waited about 15 mins before someone picked up and then hung the phone up again!!! This is beyond unprofessional!!!!

Customer Service here is absolutely HORRIBLE. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN. I WAS TRYING TO PURCHASE MY PIZZA AND WINGS, AND THE CASHIER, SHAY, TOLD ME THAT THEY DID NOT HAVE CHANGE. SHE PROCEEDED TO ASK FOR ASSISTANCE FROM HER MANAGER ON DUTY, AND THEY TOLD HER TO TELL ME TO GO TO THE DOLLAR TREE TO GET CHANGE. HOW RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL? IT IS RUSH HOUR LUNCH TIME. HOW DO YOU NOT HAVE CHANGE? I AM TEMPTED TO RETURN MY PIZZA AND WINGS AND ASK FOR MY MONEY BACK.
