Horrible customer service. Waited on the phone for over an hour and still was not answering the phone
In a time when Baton Rouge flood victims were scrambling to get vehicles Hertz honored the reservation that I had made several weeks prior. I would have understood if they had not it but I was glad they did! Thanxs Hertz!
